New restaurant operation winter season 2025

Dear guests,

In these times, we are also facing the challenge of working as efficiently as possible at Kaiserwasser and at the same time want to keep our beautiful facility attractive for our customers in the long term.

During the winter season there will therefore be some changes in the restaurant:

From Monday - Friday 07:30 to 15:00, the restaurant will be available with service and hot food as usual. During the week, the daily lunch menu will continue to be offered in the traditional or vegetarian version. Since September 1, 2025, there will also be a lunch bowl station with sushi rice, vegetables, fine dressings and “crunchy” toppings for your daily “vitamin kick”.

Seminar and event catering will also be available to you without restrictions during the winter season.

From Monday, October 6, 2025, after a short transition phase, the restaurant will offer a wide range of self-service snacks and drinks at less busy times (from 3 p.m. and at weekends). The canteen area will be available to you during the entire opening hours of the facility and you are welcome to consume in the restaurant or on the terrace. As usual, there will also be sports TV broadcasts via SKY, so that you can continue to enjoy the excitement together.

In addition, the restaurant can still be used for your private parties or company celebrations - such as Christmas parties, end-of-year parties, farewell or birthday parties as well as team events with joint bowling etc. The Eurest restaurant team looks forward to supporting you with its professional service on these occasions and would ask you to book in good time, at least two weeks before the planned date, by calling:

Operating hours of the restaurant area during the winter season (from October 6, 2025 to April 2026)

Operation with service, hot meals and lunch menu:

• Mon - Fri from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm

Self-service operation:

• Mon - Fri from 3:00 pm to 09:00 pm
• Sat from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
• Sun from 9:30 am to 5:00

In the summer season, the Eurest-Restaurant am Kaiserwasser and its team will be available again at the usual times, including evenings and weekends, with personal service and kitchen operation as usual.
