What you can expect

Kundalini yoga is suitable for everyone. It is known as the yoga of consciousness and has the fastest spiritual effect of all yoga styles. It makes us happy and strengthens our inner energy for a life full of lightness and joy.

Breathing exercises, repetitive movements and mantras are combined with gentle music and performed in different variations.

A willingness to engage with the spiritual aspect is a plus, but not a prerequisite.

Coach

Aisha Maria has been involved in health practices and spirituality for over two decades. She is a trained yoga teacher in Kundalini and Ashtanga Yoga.
